Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

Bymevo is a link-in-bio studio that helps creators build, publish, and share a page for their links, work, and social profiles. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

This policy applies to bymevo.site, the Bymevo Bio Studio, templates, support channels, and related services (together, the “Service”). It does not apply to third-party websites you link to from your Bymevo page.

1. Who we are

In this policy, “Bymevo”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the Bymevo product and its operator. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at support@bymevo.site.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account information: your name, email address, login credentials, and the Bymevo handle you choose.
  • Profile and page content: your bio, photo, links, social handles, template choices, and other content you add to a Bymevo page.
  • Communications: messages you send to support, including attachments and the information needed to answer your request.
  • Billing information: your plan, billing country, tax information, and payment status. Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring pages, and timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: information stored in cookies or local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect the Service, and understand how it is used.

Information from third parties

  • Payment and billing partners: Creem may share your plan status, transaction status, billing country, and tax information with us so we can provide paid features and support.
  • Sign-in providers: if you choose Google sign-in, we receive basic account information such as your name, email address, and profile image.
  • Service providers: hosting, security, analytics, and email providers may process data on our behalf.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • create and manage accounts and authenticate users;
  • build, publish, and display Bymevo pages and their content;
  • provide templates, design controls, and other requested features;
  • process subscriptions, payments, invoices, and tax obligations;
  • respond to support, privacy, and abuse reports;
  • protect the Service, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms;
  • understand usage and improve the Service; and
  • send service messages and, where permitted, product updates.

Where required by law, we rely on one or more legal bases: performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as needed to run Bymevo, with:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare, which host and deliver the Service;
  • Creem, which acts as merchant of record and handles payments, taxes, invoices, refunds, and chargebacks;
  • Email, analytics, and support providers that help us communicate and operate the Service;
  • Professional advisers and authorities where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the Service; and
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Our providers are required to protect personal information and to use it only for the services they provide to us. Some providers may process data in countries other than yours; where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

5. Cookies and choices

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep the Service working, remember your preferences, and protect against abuse. Where required, we ask for consent before using non-essential analytics or marketing cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but some features may not work correctly.

6. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or aggregate it so that it no longer identifies you. Some records, such as payment and tax records, may be kept for longer where required by law.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to restrict or object to certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To make a request, email support@bymevo.site with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

If you are in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request where permitted by law.

9. Children

Bymevo is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Bymevo only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Paid plans are for adults who can enter into a binding contract. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where required by law.

11. Contact

Questions, requests, or concerns about privacy can be sent to support@bymevo.site. We aim to respond within three business days.
